Feasibility
Before committing, we test yield, design options, cost and programme so every project starts on solid ground.
Design & consent
We coordinate architects, engineers and planners, and manage consenting with council.
Build
Construction is delivered by experienced building partners, with regular oversight of quality and programme.
Sale & handover
Completed homes are sold on the open market or delivered to our social housing partners.

Kratos Homes built two of our developments — 454 Weymouth Road in Weymouth, delivered to Kāinga Ora, and 584 Massey Road in Māngere East, held in our rental portfolio. Both were designed by Forrest Stone.
